ACV Groep, a semi-public waste management and recycling organization based in Ede, is active in six municipalities where it collects and processes waste and works on circular solutions. To structurally embed data-driven working in the organization, ACV enlisted the help of E-mergo.
ACV Groep on the way to a data-driven future
ACV already had the ambition and had taken first steps toward data-driven working, but was still missing a clear structure. With E-mergo's Data Governance workshop, the organization gained insight into the roles, responsibilities and processes needed to use data effectively across the organization. A roadmap was drawn up and six concrete use cases were worked out that ACV could get started with right away.
