The case for Brink Groep
To analyze the data from the CRM and ERP package, the finance manager used to spend a lot of time, because data first had to be exported to Excel. Comparing the data against each other was then time-consuming and error-prone. Brink Groep's wishes for creating a suitable Business Intelligence environment were therefore quickly clear.
Challenges:
- They wanted to get maximum return from the available data
- This especially needed to be fast (cutting and pasting in Excel takes a lot of time)
- The software tool used had to be user-friendly
- The user interface had to look graphically polished, since they eventually wanted to roll the tool out company-wide
The Result

On-the-fly analyses
With QlikView, Brink Groep can now do lightning-fast 'on-the-fly' analyses based on current source data. Within just a few days, E-mergo had developed a QlikView application so user-friendly that they can now continue developing it themselves.
