Thanks to Qlik, the number of reporting requests at Drake & Farrell has dropped enormously. Almost no ad hoc reports are needed anymore, and reporting and KPIs are now consistent. Because Qlik is available to clients 24/7, and because reporting goes down to the level of track & trace codes, there's much less unnecessary client contact. More efficient for Drake & Farrell, and for the client too.

Customer satisfaction

Through section access, fulfillment clients have 24/7 access to their own data. All information relevant to the client, such as stock, back orders and shipped products, is made visible down to the level of the individual track & trace code. Clients can run various analyses on this, such as throughput speed and average stock levels. This has improved customer satisfaction and lets clients respond faster to deviations.

Drake & Farrell was looking for a dashboard, reporting and analysis tool to give clients insight into the logistics processes it manages for them. They chose QlikView for its look and feel, its speed and the fact that security is easy to configure.
