Flax Belgium bv sells flax bedding in various European countries. Their own brands are Ecoflax and Lin-O-Star, and they also produce private label products for various major players in the bedding market. Their products are mainly used as bedding for horses but also, to a lesser extent, for goats, sheep and chickens. The production sites are located in Normandy, France.

Order processing, production planning and transport planning were managed entirely in Excel. This manual way of working was time-consuming and error-prone.
