As a mental healthcare (GGZ) institution, Yulius provides mental health care to adults and young people. When switching to a new electronic patient record system, Yulius went looking for a more user-friendly data warehouse. They switched to TimeXtender. "A new colleague with minimal technical knowledge was already up and running with TimeXtender within two weeks."
"TimeXtender is intuitive and clear"
Yulius operates across forty locations between Rotterdam and Nijmegen. Besides care institutions, fourteen schools for special education also belong to the Yulius family. So many different locations, with different funding streams on top of that, naturally generate a mountain of data. For Yulius, the most important source of that data is the Electronic Patient Record. In the summer of 2021, Yulius switched to a new Electronic Patient Record. "So we went looking for a program that could make that switch very smoothly. That turned out to be TimeXtender. [...]"
The Result
Intuitive
With TimeXtender, the switch from Yulius's old data warehouse went very smoothly, and useful dashboards were built in no time.
User-friendly
Thanks to TimeXtender's user-friendliness, colleagues with minimal technical knowledge can quickly get started with the data warehouse.
Consistency
Everyone follows the same agreements in TimeXtender, which benefits the consistency of Yulius's data.
“It's intuitive and clear. When a new colleague joined our department with minimal technical knowledge, she was up and running within two weeks. [...]”
