ZorgSaam Zorggroep Zeeuws-Vlaanderen provides high-quality care to the local community in a region with unique healthcare challenges. To keep care accessible for everyone, many locations are needed. TimeXtender as the foundation for keeping healthcare affordable and accessible
Zeeland is heavily affected by an aging population. Both the population and the healthcare workforce in this region are relatively old. This means a lot of care is needed, while the workforce is shrinking rather than growing. As a result, healthcare itself must change. ZorgSaam has already made great progress in organizing collaboration between different types of care, but this needs to become even more intensive and innovative. Healthcare staff will work in a more data-driven way, and patients will receive more care at home, supported by digital technology. To achieve all of this, innovation and data exchange are essential.

The 'Excel landscape' disappears
The 'Excel landscape' is disappearing. There is now a single source of truth. "In the end, everyone talks about the same data. That puts an end to a lot of discussions," says Provoost.
Sharing data securely
Securely and safely sharing data with external organizations has become much easier.
“Essentially, we first built something that already existed. Except now we can manage the data pipeline much better, from the source all the way to visibility in the dashboards. And, most importantly: we can now add new use cases very quickly. [...]”
