The App in a Day is an interactive one-day workshop in which experienced consultants work with you and your stakeholders to turn a concrete idea into a well-founded plan. You often already know that an application or automation can deliver value, but not yet exactly which features are needed, what it will cost, or how to get internal buy-in. By the end of the day, you'll have a clear scope, a clickable prototype, and an initial roadmap, as the basis for your business case and next steps.
Our approach
This is what we'll do during the session:
- Brainstorm about your ideas, challenges, and ambitions.
- Sharpen and choose the most valuable use case.
- Discuss the users, processes, features, integrations, and data needed for the intended solution.
- The first design sketches (UI/UX).
Important practical information:
- After signing up, we'll get in touch to plan the session(s) together.
- The App in a Day takes place at E-mergo in Delft or at your own office location.
- Start time is 9:30 AM and the session runs until 5:00 PM at the latest.
- The session is interactive and takes place together with your relevant stakeholders (from Business and IT).
After the session, you'll receive the elaborated clickable prototype in Figma within 2 weeks, along with a summary of the insights and recommendations.
