Case: Koninklijke Kuijpers
IMELCO is an international cooperative in which national groups of independent electrotechnical wholesalers work together, aiming to realize financial benefits, make agreements with suppliers, and exchange knowledge and market information. IMELCO's member portal plays a central role in this. The existing system was outdated and insufficiently user-friendly, causing usage to decline. Together with E-mergo, IMELCO developed a new, future-proof member portal in Mendix, through which members and suppliers once again easily share knowledge, reports, and revenue figures.
The result: all information is now central and organized in one place, making separate files unnecessary. The portal is future-proof and easy to expand, and because it works pleasantly again, members and suppliers are actively using the portal once more.
