Proof of Concept
Seeing is believing: only when you see with your own data that something works does it truly convince you. That's why, in a pilot — also known as a Proof of Concept (PoC) — we build a working solution within a few days, based on your own systems and data. Not a demo with sample figures, but your challenge and a concrete result. And unlike a classic PoC, you don't throw anything away afterward: if it works, you simply keep building on what's already there.
Why a pilot?
New technology, and certainly AI, is evolving at a rapid pace. Almost every vendor promises that their tool will make you work faster, smarter, or cheaper, but in practice it's hard to judge in advance whether those promises actually hold true for your organization. A demo with sample data or an extensive advisory report only partly answers that question.
Choosing a new solution is also an investment, and you want to know whether it fits before you commit to it. A pilot brings that risk forward: instead of a long decision process, you see a tangible result with your own data within a week. That way you know for certain whether the approach, the tool, and the vendor's promise actually work for your situation, instead of having to rely on a marketing story. You get your colleagues on board with an example they recognize, and you start any follow-up on a foundation that has already proven itself, within tightly limited scope and with minimal risk.
A pilot can cover different areas, depending on your question: Data Management, Data Analytics, or App Development.
Our approach
We work in a fixed, clear rhythm:
- We choose a challenge together. We discuss a current issue in your organization, so the pilot solves something that matters right now.
- We build on your own data. Within 3 to 5 working days, we develop a working solution based on your existing systems and data, on-site or remotely.
- We present the result and discuss possible next steps.
- You evaluate for four weeks. After that, you use the solution for another four weeks with your own data, at no software cost, so you can calmly assess whether it fits.

Is this a classic Proof of Concept that gets thrown away afterward?
